~What motivates me to lead a lifestyle that is healthy and active?
Most of my motaviation comes from within, I also LOVE to teach people that anyone can do it!
~Favorite cheat meal?
Ahhhh, a Nice big juicy filet (cooked medium of course) and loaded salad with blue cheese and dried cherries and ranch dressing along side of a huge baked yam! Oh, and anything involving peanut butter and granola. My cheat meals always end with a rice cake with peanut butter on it! Oh, did I mention I also Love sushi?!
~Do you find it hard to date and/or be married when training for shows or when you lead a super healthy lifestyle?
Yes, and no, my boyfriend is also a trainer and very much involved in the fitness lifestyle, so it fits. Its always challenging though for anyone at times. As far as for living a healthy lifestyle, it’s second nature to both of us now, so that’s the easy part.
~What is your best feature or bodypart?
I don’t think I was genetically blessed with any certain GREAT bodypart I have worked very hard to have a balanced, proportionate body from head to toe. My best feature is my mind! I will keep doing what it takes to be my best and always recognizing where I will do best in the industry (like I will NEVER be a good bodybuilderJ), for now figure is my game! That may change someday, who knows?!
~What goals do you want to achieve in the fitness industry?
I have always just tried to be my best at whatever I am doing. I would obviously love to get my IFBB pro card, but that will come when the time is mine! In the fitness industry I want to have a good, strong, reputable name for myself. I want to show other girls and let them know that they can achieve anything they put their minds to. I hope to inspire many women and girls to be strong, confident and independent, to live life with passion and never give up!
Thank yous:
First, I would equally thank my boyfriend and my trainer (not the same person)! Matt Greshock is my boyfriend of 5 years and has ALWAYS supported me and encouraged me. He puts up with me from day to day and show to show!
My trainer/Coach/friend and mentor of 4 years, Mike Davies, for being so great at his job of diet/nutrition/and counciling! He has helped me reshape my body and my mind!
I also could never do this without the support of my family and friends. My clients as well, they are all there for me and drive me to be better than my best! (Their success is sometimes my last bit of motivation I need!).
